Let me preface this…
This was not my first visit to this salon but it was my first visit with this stylist. My visit before would have been a 3 of 5 and I documented it in an earlier post.

I have had a hard time finding a place to get my hair trimmed in Louisville. This was by far the worse…even from the time the girl scalped me and cut off a good inch a year ago.
This time however:
It took me forever to get an appointment for a trim. No one answered the phone and then it took three more calls to get and two online communications before I got an appointment. When I got there the stylist was so offended by the product I put in my hair that morning (Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil Moisturizer) that she could not stop commenting on it and criticizing my use of it. She went on to try to rally another stylist into it and said “he would never touch or come near my hair!” However, she seemed more offended than he did. She also went on to tell me everything I used in my hair was wrong…this was my first time seeing her?!?! I tried to explain that I was in a rush that morning and grabbed the closest thing near…I then realized I was going to stop explaining it to her because quite frankly, I did not owe her an explanation. She then proceeded to horribly trim my hair which she seemed not want to touch…needless to say after $20 plus tip, my hair is not properly trimmed and I have been snipping at it myself since my appointment two days ago. I wish she would have just said she did not want to touch it and I would have kept my money and went on my way. I will likely start trimming my own hair.
